In shortMost businesses do not show up in AI answers because their information lives only on social media, where posts fade within days and are hard for search engines and AI to index. AI recommends what it can find, read and trust. A clear website with lasting, structured information is what puts your business in the answer.

In Latin America, and especially in Central America, in countries like El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Costa Rica, many businesses still do not have their own website. In El Salvador, we scanned around 3,700 businesses registered as tourism operators, and only 140 of them had a website. For many businesses, the whole branding, positioning and marketing strategy is posting on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok and calling it a day.

At EverybodyKnowsYou, we think that makes sense. Social media matters, and it deserves real effort.

We also think that posting only on social media makes it ridiculously hard for a company to get found and to sell, not only in 2026, but in 2027, 2028 and the years after. More and more people use AI to find things: to research suppliers, to check out potential partners, and to decide who they want to work with, anywhere in the world.

Every post has an expiration date

When your strategy is to show up consistently on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, every post you publish starts to decay. In the first hour, the app checks how many people stop to look at your content and interact with it. Then it decides to show it to even more people, or to fewer.

After a few days on some platforms, or a couple of weeks on others, the platform treats your post as old news and stops showing it. So you have to do the work again. And again. And again.

The bigger problem: most of it is not indexable

The short life of a post is not even the biggest problem. The biggest problem is that most of that information is not indexable.

What does indexable mean? It means Google and other search engines store the information you share, especially the text, and make it available so search engines and AI agents can come back, read it, and recall it again and again. Most of what you post on social media never makes it into that memory, or drops out of it fast.

What AI is looking for

Picture someone on their phone or laptop asking AI: "Who is the best AI consultant around here?", "Which platform should I use to manage HR?" or "What can I do on vacation in El Salvador?" AI will always try to find the most likely and most valuable answer for the person it is serving.

What we do at EverybodyKnowsYou is take all the value of your business and make it understandable and discoverable by AI, so AI knows your information is relevant for the people it serves.

The value our clients did not expect

Making your information easy to find is only part of it. Our clients tell us their website added a lot of value: it is findable by AI, and it brought them new business, especially after a few weeks or a couple of months.

But the biggest value they found was in the process itself. We help them build a very clear and very attractive value offer, so every customer understands it right away: you have a problem, we have a solution, and this is why our solution is different, better, or made specifically for you.

It starts with a consulting interview before we build anything. It takes 60 minutes for personal websites and 90 minutes for business websites, and by the end, our clients see exactly what they should be doing with their business.

Websites that sell are built by people who sell

Many businesses work with designers who are very talented visually. But if you want a website that sells, you need to work with people who know how to sell: people who have started businesses themselves and built them from the ground up.
